From Failing Floors to a Lasting Solution
When we first arrived, the home had a very dark, thin, low-quality vinyl plank that was peeling and lifting—especially in areas exposed to moisture. During removal, we discovered a slow leak behind the refrigerator that had caused a section of OSB subfloor to rot. Take a look at the old floors below—you can really see how the damage and wear had taken a toll on the space before we began our renovation.
Our team replaced the damaged subfloor, resolved the leak, and made sure everything was completely dry and structurally sound before installing the new flooring. The homeowner also decided it was time to upgrade to a new refrigerator, making this the perfect time for a total refresh.
